Also very accommodating , especially when an unfortunate situation arose when my confirmed (and paid for online) reservation wasn’t showing at the hotel. Keep in mind …This is occurring at 1:45am in the morning, after a long day of delayed flights and modified travel arrangements, & all this drama ensuing in the midst of typically horrible weather conditions - on Christmas Eve. Could have been quite disastrous, but was quickly worked out (thank goodness they weren’t completely booked up)
